Lifestyle portraits are available from Monday to Friday.
45-60 minute photo session shot with natural light.
Digitally delivered high and low res edited images.

Photography fee are calculated based on client’s needs.

Basic photographers fee (1 hour) - R2500
Basic halfday fee (2-4 hours) - R3500
Basic full day fee (4-8 hours) - R6000

Sessions are done in natural light only.
Digitally delivered high res edited images.
Session excludes stylist and styling, this must be organised by client, if needed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All shoots are only available during the week from Monday to Friday.
All shoots are done with natural light, no extra lighting used and lifestyle portraits are mostly done just before sunset.
Shoots are done in a natural environment and is therefore highly weather dependent. Shoots might be moved to an alternative date if the weather is not permitting ideal circumstances.
Shoots to take place on a location of your choice, otherwise a location in Stellenbosch will be suggested.
Shoots outside of Stellenbosch will be charged an additional mileage fee of R4/km, to cover time and travel expenses.
Vouchers only cover photo session and not travel costs.
50% deposit is needed to secure your booking. Remainder is due on or before shoot day.
Overnight accommodation must be arranged and paid in full, in advance by the client if the shoot takes place beyond 100km from Stellenbosch.
Additional travel expenses should also be covered by the client if the shoot takes place outside of the Western Cape, e.g. flights and car rental.
Lifestyle and commercial packages will take a minimum of 2 weeks to completion, but may take longer due to workload.
You will get your edited images via Dropbox or weTransfer, where you can digitally download them.
If you would prefer to receive your images on a flash-drive, an additional cost of R200 will be added to your account.
Flash-drives need to be collected in Stellenbosch by the client. Deliveries by post are billed to the client.
All meetings with the photographer are to take place in Stellenbosch.
Jeanine Groenewald will not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of photographic equipment out of my control.
Jeanine Groenewald will have full copyright of all images taken. Jeanine Groenewald reserves the right of all images for publication and promotional or marketing work.
The client(s) hereby grants Jeanine Groenewald the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client(s) for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose in any manner or medium.
